Getting Started FAQs

I'm ready to lose weight, but what costs are involved with the Program?

Registering is free and takes only a few minutes online.

Each meal replacement shake and soup packet costs $3.99. You'll need one for breakfast and one for lunch each day, but that still works out to less than $56 per week.

You can view the cost of other optional products on our product range page. Delivery charges apply so it's often better to order more supplies less often to minimize postage.

How many meal replacement packets do I have to order at one time?

You must order a minimum of two weeks (28 packets) at a time for mail orders.

Are there a variety of flavors to help vary the Program?

Yes! There are 9 flavor choices and you can mix and match them as you like to keep your Program interesting. Our soups are Creme of Chicken and Mediterranean Tomato. Our shakes come in Banana, Chocolate, Espresso, French Vanilla, Café Latte, Strawberries and Cream, and Wild Berry.

Additionally we now have two delicious soy shake flavors - Chocolate and Vanilla.

How important is it to use a multivitamin and mineral supplement during the Program?

Our shakes and soups provide a significant portion of your recommended daily intake of vitamins and minerals. However, to make sure you’re getting everything you need it’s important you get the remainder from your protein based meal of the day in combination with our Balanced Multivitamin supplements. The use of a multivitamin and mineral supplement provides vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients that your body requires while on a low carbohydrate program.

How can I pay for my order when buying online?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments and PayPal for mail order deliveries.

Will the product interfere with any medications I am currently taking?
