Chocolate dipped Strawberries
(Serves 1)
Ingredients
- 4 Russell Stover® Minitaures Sugar Free Chocolate Candies (milk or dark)
- 5 – 6 Medium strawberries (dry)
Method
- Cut the chocolate into small pieces and place in a small microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 20 - 30 seconds and check if the chocolate has melted.Stir the chocolate with a spoon. If not fully melted, repeat process until it melts.
- Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate immediately.
- Place in the refrigerator to allow the chocolate shell to harden.
Tips:
- Ensure you stir the choclate straight away after removing it from the microwave.
- Be careful not to burnt the chocolate.
