Chocolate dipped Strawberries

(Serves 1)

Ingredients

  • 4 Russell Stover® Minitaures Sugar Free Chocolate Candies (milk or dark)
  • 5 – 6 Medium strawberries (dry)

Method

  1. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and place in a small microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for 20 - 30 seconds and check if the chocolate has melted.Stir the chocolate with a spoon. If not fully melted, repeat process until it melts.
  3. Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate immediately.
  4. Place in the refrigerator to allow the chocolate shell to harden.

Tips:

  • Ensure you stir the choclate straight away after removing it from the microwave.
  • Be careful not to burnt the chocolate.
