Mushrooms and Gravy

(Serves 1-2)

Ingredients

  • 6 Large mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 Clove of garlic, crushed
  • ½ Cup of made up gravy
  • Salt and pepper as desired for seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a small saucer pan on medium heat.
  2. Add the mushrooms and garlic and toast until the mushrooms are just golden.
  3. Add the gravy and seasoning and combine well.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve as a side dish.
