Salt & Pepper Tofu Stack

(Serves 2)

Ingredients

  • Firm Tofu - 2 x 5 oz (Females) OR 2 x 9 oz (Males), chopped into quarter inch thick slices
  • Salt for seasoning
  • Cracked pepper for seasoning
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Method

  1. Pre-heat a grill.
  2. Place tofu slices separately on a flat plate. Lightly spray each side with olive oil spray. Then sprinkle salt and cracked pepper on each side.
  3. Place tofu slices on the grill and grill both sides for a few minutes each.
  4. Serve immediately stacked on top of one another, as pictured, with a side salad or preferred vegetable side dish.
