Tangy Garlic Beans

(Serves: N/A)

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of green beans, chopped in half
  • The juice from 1 small lemon
  • 2 Cloves of garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Method

  1. Wash and chop beans in half.
  2. Steam beans until cooked but still firm.
  3. Place beans in a serving bowl, immediately add crushed garlic and combine well.
  4. Juice the lemon and add lemon juice, salt and pepper to the beans and combine well.
  5. Serve alongside a protein meal, Tony Ferguson Packet or as a snack between meals.
