Tangy Garlic Beans
(Serves: N/A)
Ingredients
2 Cups of green beans, chopped in half
The juice from 1 small lemon
2 Cloves of garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Method
Wash and chop beans in half.
Steam beans until cooked but still firm.
Place beans in a serving bowl, immediately add crushed garlic and combine well.
Juice the lemon and add lemon juice, salt and pepper to the beans and combine well.
Serve alongside a protein meal, Tony Ferguson Packet or as a snack between meals.
