
Port Wine Creamy Mango Delight
(Serves 1)
Ingredients
- 1 Packet of Tony Ferguson’s Simply Sugar-free Gelatin - port wine flavor
- 2 Tablespoons of fat free smooth ricotta cheese
- 1 Small mango, cut into chunks
Method
- In a large glass bowl or serving dish, make the sugar - free gelatin according to directions on the back and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Once the sugar - free gelatin has set, in a blender, add half of the mango chunks and fat free ricotta and blend until a smooth consistency.
- To the set sugar - free gelatin , evenly layer the blended mango mix and then add the left over mango chunks on top.
- Serve cold as a great dessert idea!
Tips
- A great dessert idea that the whole family will love!
- You may use different flavoured Tony Ferguson Simply Sugar - free gelatin such as raspberry, strawberry and lime!
- Alternatively you may use a serve of berries instead of mango.
- We suggest you limit having this recipe to a max of 3 times per week due to the added ricotta cheese.
